DESCRIPTION:This is the first in a series of (hopefully) educational meetings that will present the basics of creative real estate investing methods in South Carolina. This series will start with a comparison of conventional real estate techniques versus creative real estate techniques\, with an overview of creative methods that will be discussed in-depth in future meetings. \nNOTE: This series is meant mainly for new investors and\, maybe\, intermediate-level investors who wish to build on the real estate investing methods they already use. Seasoned/expert-level investors may already know most\, if not all\, of this information so\, other than networking\, this next series of meetings may not be for them (although they are welcome as well). \nThis upcoming series of monthly meetings will teach the basics of creative real estate investing as learned the hard way.
