DESCRIPTION:This is the second in a series of educational meetings that will present the basics of creative real estate investing in South Carolina. \nAt last month’s meeting (October)\, we presented and discussed a comparison of conventional real estate techniques versus creative real estate techniques\, with an overview of creative methods. This month\, as a continuation of this Back to Basics series\, we will present and discuss how to get started in creative real estate investing. Sometimes\, just knowing how to get started is the most difficult part of any significant undertaking\, including getting into real estate investing. \nThis month\, we will cover mindset\, financial stability needed for safe investing\, basics of finding good investor deals\, and more depending on time constraints for the meeting. \nNOTE: This series is meant for new investors and\, maybe\, intermediate-level investors who wish to build on the real estate investing methods they already use. Seasoned/expert-level investors may already know most\, if not all\, of this information so\, other than networking\, these next meetings may not be for them (although they are welcome to come). \nThis upcoming series of monthly meetings will teach the basics of creative real estate investing as learned the hard way.
