Carlos and Vanessa not only work with the Anglo-American and African-American communities\, but also with Latino\, Middle Eastern\, Asian\, and others. Carlos is particularly skilled at quickly finding cash buyers from the Latino and Asian communities to help us sell our houses and Vanessa can help us solidify the relationships we start with people from other cultures. \nRather than spend extra resources to increase our profits by expanding geographically\, we can increase our profits just by taking some time and putting forth a little effort to better understand the people in the different communities and cultures where we live and work.
