Gerald lives in Selinsgrove\, Pennsylvania. This will be an open Q & A especially for those who want to get into real estate investing without a lot of money. Gerald will tell us ways to start with nothing and still find deals and funding for them\, as well as how he eventually got into commercial real estate and thrives in that arena now.
