DESCRIPTION:This meeting will open with a brief overview of how to obtain affordable legal protection during this COVID-19 pandemic with LegalShield services. \nSecurities attorney and leading expert on syndication and crowdfunding\, Jillian Sidoti\, Esq.\, will teach us how to legally pool investor funds to be able to do bigger deals with much higher profit potentials than what each individual investor could do alone by themselves. People have gone to prison for violating rules and regulations governing the structures of this type of funding. Ms. Sidoti’s expertise is in ensuring that we don’t violate these laws. This is a free ONLINE event that requires your registration to attend. \nSince 2008\, Ms. Sidoti has submitted multiple Regulation A Offering Circulars to the Securities and Exchange Commission for approval making her one of the few attorneys familiar with the law prior to the changes under the JOBS Act. Since the JOBS Act\, she has assisted multiple companies and entrepreneurs in reaching their fundraising goals through both crowdfunding and syndication. She also teaches college courses for MBA programs. \nMs. Sidoti is the author of the highly rated book\, The Crowdfunding Myth\, that teaches best practices for crowdfunding and how to effectively crowdfund securities offerings. She is also an expert on pooling self-directed retirement funds from investors to fund large deals.
