Midlands REIA Monthly Meeting – Building & Managing a Rental Portfolio (ONLINE)

Andy Holland and Brianna Davie will tell us how they were able to start buying and managing their rental properties while working full-time jobs. Andy is a financial analyst by training and trade while Brianna has a bachelor degree and extensive experience in the retail business world. Both started building their rental income streams while students and while working full-time jobs. They will show us proven ways to create their futures beyond just the typical 9-to-5 working worlds of jobs.

There will be a pre-meeting session on how to obtain affordable legal assistance from licensed attorneys and identity theft protection using LegalShield services from 7 pm til 7:30 pm. After that, there will be an introduction to Midlands REIA and then our featured talk with Andy and Brianna.
