Creative Real Estate Investing Classes in South Carolina

Who’s in control when you buy and sell a house? You or others? It depends on how you buy and sell.

With conventional methods, you don’t control the financing and a small list of those others who can prevent you from getting paid include (but are not limited to) …

  • Loan Underwriters (have you ever been told that you haven’t owned your property long enough to resell it or that your buyers just bought a new car with financing that dragged their credit scores below financeable levels?)
  • Mortgage Brokers
  • Realtors
  • Title Agents
  • Lawyers
  • Contractors
  • Permits Departments
  • Home Inspectors
  • Insurance Agents
  • Buyers (and their many relatives telling them what they should buy and how)
  • Etc., etc., …

You Give Up a Lot of Control in Conventional Transactions

With conventional real estate methods, you hold only one end of the rope, the product, but others hold the other end of the rope, the financing. What if you could hold both ends of the rope by controlling both the product and the financing?

You Control the Transaction
When You Hold Both Ends of the Rope

Creative real estate investing allows you to hold both ends of the rope. The purpose of this 2-day training is to show how to control both the product and financing when buying and selling real estate.

With creative real estate investing, you become the seller, the bank, and the manager … you are the Beginning and the End of your real estate transactions. You provide the product and you provide the financing.

ARE YOU LOVED?

The system is designed for others to get paid before you do. How many people are really looking out for YOU first in traditional real estate transactions? How many really care whether you make or lose money? The lenders? The Realtors? The lawyers? Noooooo …

The purpose of this training is to show you how to take control, how to not have to rely on others to get paid.

My Criteria for Doing a Deal

  • I do not want to risk my cash capital for a long period of time.
  • I do not want to rely on institutional lenders TODAY to buy my deal, fund my customer, accept my offer, or lend me money so I can survive and make a profit.
  • I don’t (usually) want to speculate on rehabbing a house and hope I can get a buyer funded to buy at the price I want and in the time frame I want.
  • I only make money by solving problems.
  • I want my money TODAY.
