Mortgage notes and financial expert, Bill Tan, buys, sells, and trades mortgage notes for a living. His main weapon for creating wealth is his financial calculator. Tonight, he will give us an overview of how he uses a financial calculator to avoid big mistakes and make big profits. He will give us real-life case studies on how to create wealth once you know how to decipher the numbers on mortgage loans.
You will NOT NEED a calculator at this presentation (having one will help…). Bill will provide the answers, the importance of each AND THE STORIES behind each one.
