On-Site Pre-Rehab Workshop

On-site workshop before the rehab starts. The investor/rehabber for this plans to keep it as a long-term rental after completion. Funding for purchase and rehab were done with private money.
There will be 3 workshops at this location: Pre-Rehab, Mid-Rehab, and Post-Rehab.
