Long-time investor and educator, Tony Youngs, has been using his “hidden markets” method of finding deals for almost 40 years to have a great life as a full-time real estate investor in Marietta, GA. Over time, he learned that this “hidden markets” technique is his best way for finding deals with no competition for them and he’s coming to Lexington and Columbia to teach us how it’s done.

August 20, 2022: Classroom instruction on how and why Hidden Market leads can be the best way to find deals in competitive investor markets. How to plot a map of leads that are most likely to yield great deals.
August 21, 2022: Driving and door knocking to capture the leads from the map created the previous day. Presenting on-the-spot offers to homeowners and negotiating with them to buy their houses.
August 22, 2022: Back into the classroom to cold call leads and follow up warm leads by phone. Recap of the Hidden Markets technique for finding leads. Creation of follow-up plan for leads obtained during this training and adding more.
