Wholesaling real estate is a short-term investment strategy that involves securing the rights to purchase a property and then assigning that contract or fipping it quickly  to another buyer—typically an investor. The wholesaler acts as a middleman, connecting motivated sellers with cash buyers, and earns a profit through an “assignment fee” or a “double closing”.

This method is often considered a low-capital entry point into the real estate investing world, requiring little-to-no money from the wholesaler and no ownership, or very brief ownership, of the property.

This meeting will cover the basics of wholesaling real estate and how to use it to make money without using your own money.
