Meeting Topic: Commercial Real Estate Development with Lasenta Lewis-Ellis

So who is Lasenta Lewis-Ellis and why should we listen to her? Well, Lasenta is a self-made success in the world of commercial real estate. She started as an unemployed, single mom with no money and is now a mover and shaker in the South Carolina Midlands. Lasenta has connections in Richland County and beyond, she knows the laws and the people who make them, and she knows how to leverage those resources for the best results possible.

When Lasenta started in real estate and purchased her first residential property in 2000, she owned and managed LLE Construction Group, LLC. She had no money but learned enough, on her own, to be able to purchase her first commercial building in 2014 for $75,000. That property is now worth $450,000.
