Veteran contractor and home inspector, Wayde “Eddie” Sabina, show us the basics on how to properly inspect houses before we purchase them and how to properly prescreen and monitor our contractors during the house rehab process. The two times we most often lose money on house rehabs is by paying too much for them when we miss major repairs before purchasing them, and when we try to use bad/fraudulent contractors who steal from us.
