Midlands REIA Monthly Meeting

Our next meeting on December 13 (Tuesday) features two “children of the streets”, Desmond Milligan, aka Tim Billions, and his long-time friend and now business partner, Ricardo Giles. Desmond and Ricardo did some really bad things early in their lives and, as a result, Desmond went to prison. Ricardo did the same bad things as Desmond; he just didn’t get caught. Both are now successful in real estate and in business. Ricardo now owns 10 mobile phone stores and, together, Desmond and Ricardo make over $1 million a year in gross revenues flipping houses.
Come to this meeting to learn how they started with nothing to obtain riches in real estate in a just a few years.
