Midlands REIA Monthly Meeting (ONLINE): Interview with a Rags-To-Riches Success

This month, we interview Gerald Stauffer who dropped out of 8th grade, started with only $1500 in his name in 2003, and has since bought and sold over $11 million in real estate. Gerald lives in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. This will be an open Q & A especially for those who want to get into real estate investing without a lot of money. Gerald will tell us ways to start with nothing and still find deals and funding for them, as well as how he eventually got into commercial real estate and thrives in that arena now.
