Midlands REIA Monthly Meeting – Prison To Prosperity: Wholesaling and Rehabbing Success Starting with Nothing

Our speakers started their journey into the real estate business as ex-convicts and federal lawbreakers leaving prison. They started with nothing and are now successful as real estate investors. Each of them can give us tips and tricks on how to succeed as wholesalers and rehabbers starting with nothing after leaving prison.
Desmond Milligan, aka Tim Billions, with his partner Ricardo Giles, wholesaled or rehabbed almost $1 million in deals in 2021.
Jackie Holliday, aka Jay, has wholesaled over 40 houses and owns 7 rental houses he purchased via creative financing. He now continues his journey in real estate while running his own car dealership.
Wayde Sabina, aka Eddie, has rehabbed houses for years and is one of the most respected and trusted contractors and home inspectors in South Carolina.
