Learn how to uncover hidden real estate opportunities through targeted property scouting. Master the art of identifying distressed properties, negotiating deals, and maximizing investment potential over a concise, focused training session.

This 2-day training will be taught by long-time real estate investor and national educator, Tony Youngs. Tony has been investing in real estate since the 1980’s and has survived, and thrived, in every kind of market and economy from good to bad. His favorite way for finding great deals is by “driving for dollars” in the “hidden markets”, i.e., in areas where other investors are buying but creating lists of property leads that nobody else knows about.

Every time Tony has taught here, we’ve gotten a profitable deal. Last time he was here, we got a deal that resulted in a nice profit that was shared by his students at this boot camp. (NOTE: There is never a guarantee that Tony will find profitable deals at his trainings.)

  • How to create a list of off-market property leads that can’t be bought from list sellers like Propstream, Deal Machine, etc.
  • How to map those property leads and recognize those properties that are distressed and likely owned by motivated sellers.
  • Door knocking people identified as being motivated sellers
  • How to skip trace motivated sellers to find out their phone numbers to cold call
  • Cold calling motivated sellers we skip trace
  • Attending a foreclosure sale to see how the instructor networks with other investors and creates strong relationships

About Your Instructor

Tony Youngs began his Real Estate entrepreneur career in 1986 after attending a seminar.  He became rapidly successful in acquiring foreclosure properties and found his niche to be working with distressed properties. Tony started with no money and bad credit and still managed to purchase several properties using OMP (Other People’s Money) & OPC (Other People’s Credit). In fact, after repairs, his first deal netted him a sum of money equal to his full salary at Lockheed, an occupation Tony eventually gave up forever. To enhance his appetite for learning, Tony completed courses in real estate law, title searches, and bankruptcy law.

Now, for over 30 years, Tony has been perfecting and creating his own unique system, strategies, and techniques for acquiring foreclosure and hidden market properties. Because of his extreme knowledge and experience, Tony has been asked to speak at real estate and entrepreneur conventions, as well as real estate broker meetings, and national investor associations to audiences that range from 40 to 46,000.
